Company profile

We, SHIKOKU CHEMCALS are chemical manufacturer established in Marugame, Japan in October 1947.

With our lineups which have been produced for many years, such as epoxy resin hardener “CUREZOL” and surface treatment chemicals for PWBs “Glicoat”, we have many experiences in electronic material market.
Recently, we focus on the development of materials for semiconductors, which require particularly high technologies and reliabilities.

In this exhibition, we will introduce various resin modifiers and organic synthesis and low metal technologies which are required in several process of semiconductor industries. We hope our products will be of great help to semiconductor manufacturers.

SHIKOKU CHEMICALS는 1947년 10월에 일본 가가와현 마루가메시에서 설립된 화학품 제조 업체입니다.

이전부터 에폭시 수지 경화제 ‘CUREZOL’과 PCB 표면 처리 약제 ‘Glicoat’로 전자재료 분야에서 많은 실적을 쌓아 왔습니다.
최근에는 더 높은 신뢰성과 고도의 합성기술이 요구되는 반도체 분야에 주력하고 있습니다.

이번 전시회에서는 다양한 특성을 갖는 수지 개질제와 반도체분야에서 요구되는 유기합성기술, 그리고 저금속 관리기술을 소개하겠습니다. 고도의 품질관리나 상반되는 특성의 양립이 필요한 첨단 분야에서 여러분의 도움이 될 것으로 생각합니다.
